Last night was very peaceful. I slept until 6:25 a.m.
I woke up in a panic because I realized that the boys hadn't come to bed with us last night.
I ran into the room, knowing something was wrong.
It couldn't have been better...
Sometime during the night, Kyle crawled into Zach's bed... and they slept until I had to wake them for school.
(At which time they promptly started wrestling, then fighting... sigh.)
John had a furlough day today... and he spent the day working on the bathroom. I should be ready to start tiling tomorrow morning, thanks to his hard work at getting all the cement board installed.
I think we are going to sneak a trip to breakfast tomorrow morning... and of course, a visit to all our very dear friends at Home Depot.
Then it's work, work, work... but that's okay. Whatever gets our second toilet back in service makes me happy, happy, happy!

It is amazing how well you can sleep with 2 people in a bed instead of 4 LOL...I love how the kids get so excited about the cake and candles no matter who's birthday it is. Sounds like you are as busy as I am.... I really don't think it slows down because if it looks like it is going to we just find something else to do LOL...

arnt they peacful when they are sleeping. then they wake up and remind us why the house is a mess and we have a headache. But oh so worth it. the pics are very cute! glad you got your bed to just you and hubby for at least one night. good luck with the rest of the house. I thought you were going to take a break for the winter. I guess that is silly to thing you are going to take a break. lol!
